    By registering for this Virginia Cemetery Association event or program you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded at the event or program. By doing so, you grant to the Association rights to the release, publication or reproduction of any recorded media taken at the event or program of your appearance, voice or name for use by the Association and its management team.        

    Cancellation Policy:

    Registrants canceling on or before May 19, 2025, are entitled to a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Registrants canceling after May 19, 2025, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. All Cancellations must be directed in writing to VCA office.

     A Regulation Training Class for the Cemetery Compliance Agent will be taught live by attorney Mike Doherty on Saturday, June 14, 2025 as part of the 2025 VCA Annual Meeting.  The program will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.  

    Please note the following important details for the day:

    Location: The Virginian Hotel712 Church Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504

    The program is part of the VCA Annual Meeting. Registration to that meeting is not required to attend compliance training. If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting in its entirety, you will need to register separately.

    This training program is approved by the Cemetery Board, and fulfills the requirements as established by the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulations (DPOR) for Compliance Agents or Designees.

    Registration Fees

    $225 member / $475 non-member

    Cancellations

    Attendee cancellations and requests for refunds may be requested up to three (3) days before the event starts and must be made in writing via email. 

    Refund Policy

    All cancellations must be received in writing in order to be eligible for a refund. An administrative charge of $50 will be applied to all refunds if the cancellation or request to change to another course is received less than three days before the start of the event. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund.
