Cancellation Policy:
Registrants canceling on or before May 10, 2025, are entitled to a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Registrants canceling after May 10, 2025, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. All Cancellations must be directed in writing to VCA office.
