compliance training


VCA offers the Regulations Training Class for the Compliance Agent on a regular basis. The next class will be on Feb. 8, 2024.


EVENT DETAILS:

 A Regulation Training Class for the Cemetery Compliance Agent will be taught by attorney Mike Doherty on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2024. 

This training program is approved by the Cemetery Board, and fulfills the requirements established by the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulations (DPOR) for Compliance Agents or Designees.

Registration Fees

$225 member / $475 non-member

Cancellations

Attendee cancellations and requests for refunds may be requested up to three (3) days before the event starts and must be made in writing via email. 

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing in order to be eligible for a refund. An administrative charge of $50 will be applied to all refunds if the cancellation or request to change to another course is received less than three days before the start of the event. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund.
