A Regulation Training Class for the Cemetery Compliance Agent will be taught live by attorney Mike Doherty on Saturday, June 14, 2025 as part of the 2025 VCA Annual Meeting.  The program will start at 8:30 a.m. and end at 12:30 p.m.  Lunch will be provided.

Location: The Virginian Hotel, 712 Church Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504

The program is part of the VCA Annual Meeting. Registration to that meeting is not required. If you would like to attend the Annual Meeting in its entirety, you will need to register separately.

This training program is approved by the Cemetery Board, and fulfills the requirements as established by the Department of Professional & Occupational Regulations (DPOR) for Compliance Agents or Designees.

Cancellations

Attendee cancellations and requests for refunds may be requested up to three (3) days before the event starts and must be made in writing via email. 

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing in order to be eligible for a refund. An administrative charge of $50 will be applied to all refunds if the cancellation or request to change to another course is received less than three days before the start of the event. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund.
