Why? This is the ONLY event for Virginia Cemeterians and Suppliers, attended by members from around the Commonwealth.
Our event is held with the supplier members and sponsors available to the members at all times (you are all in the same room for the duration), so you get a LOT of time to mix and mingle with Cemetery owners and managers!
There are several excellent opportunities available with great opportunities for exposure to our members.
Our conference is all-inclusive (i.e. all meals are covered except for guest meals which are separately ticketed, and paid for in registration)
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you register as a sponsor, and plan to attend the meeting, you will also need to register as an attendee because all meals are included in attendee registration.
Registration for the meeting includes:
- Welcome and President’s Receptions
- Continental Breakfast on Friday & Saturday
- Lunch on Friday & Saturday
- Coffee Breaks, AND,
- Awards Banquet ticket
(Again - If you bring a guest, those tickets are available separately.)
If you want a display table, and are not a Supplier member, you will need to join first. All display tables are first-come, first-served and have limited availability.

Terms and Conditions
By registering for this Virginia Cemetery Association event or program you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded at the event or program. By doing so, you grant to the Association rights to the release, publication or reproduction of any recorded media taken at the event or program of your appearance, voice or name for use by the Association and its management team.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrants canceling on or before May 19, 2026, are entitled to a refund, less a $50 processing fee. Registrants canceling after May 19, 2026, are NON-REFUNDABLE. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged. All Cancellations must be directed in writing to VCA office.
