Base fee:
  • Fee includes President’s Reception, Continental Breakfast on Friday & Saturday, Lunch on Friday & Saturday, Breaks, and Awards Banquet. Does NOT include Compliance Training.
  • Fee is in addition to Conference Registration. If bringing more than one person from one company, register the additional attendees under the Guest rate of $150.
  • If bringing more than one person from one company, register the additional attendees under the Guest rate of $250.
